- 7+ years of event management, preferably in B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments.
- Proven track record leading complex trade shows and hosted events.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills; multi-event focus.
- Strong communication; able to influence executives and cross-functional teams.
- Vendor management, contract negotiation, budgeting, timeline ownership.
- Experience with Salesforce, Asana, Monday.com, and webinar tools is a plus.
- Willing to travel 25โ30%.
