๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Own end-to-end planning and execution of NMIโ€™s events across NA and partner markets.
  • Align event plans with marketing and sales goals; define audience, KPIs, leads.
  • Partner with Channel Marketing to integrate events into GTM and partner programs.
  • Lead onsite execution, vendor relations, budgeting, and post-event follow-up.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and exec stakeholders.
  • Define event KPIs and track results for future improvements.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 7+ years of event management, preferably in B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments.
  • Proven track record leading complex trade shows and hosted events.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills; multi-event focus.
  • Strong communication; able to influence executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Vendor management, contract negotiation, budgeting, timeline ownership.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Asana, Monday.com, and webinar tools is a plus.
  • Willing to travel 25โ€“30%.
