📋 Description

  • Lead marketing operations and data analytics, budgeting, and process optimization.
  • Provide data insights, ROI analysis, and funnel performance metrics.
  • Analyze upsell/cross-sell journeys for prospects and customers.
  • Plan annual and quarterly marketing plans and coordinate budget with Finance.
  • Optimize MarTech stack (CRM, automation) and standardized reporting.
  • Align marketing with Sales, Product, IT, and Finance for GTM.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience: 10+ yrs in Marketing Ops/Analytics; 5+ yrs in leadership.
  • FinTech payments or SaaS background preferred.
  • CRM (Salesforce), Marketing Automation (Pardot), GA4/Tableau/Power BI.
  • Excel/Sheets and Jira for data and PM.
  • Strong analytical ability to translate data into actions.
  • Cross-functional leadership with Sales, Product, Finance.
  • Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Analytics; MBA preferred.
