🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in CS, Finance, Accounting, Math, Statistics, or related field.
- 1-2 years in data analysis or data science, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years implementing or supporting SaaS software.
- Experience with a ticketing system (Zendesk preferred).
- Experience with BigQuery or similar SQL-based analytics tools.
- Excel proficiency; SQL or Python is a plus.

- Hourly rate: $32.69 – $39.90/hr, dependent on experience.
