Role: Collection CAD Designer
Reporting to: Collection CAD Team Lead

Overview :
As a Collection CAD Designer, you are an integral part of our 3D Design team, responsible for creating precise CAD models for collection orders. Working under the guidance of the Collection CAD Team Lead, you ensure every design strictly follows master files and spec sheets, producing production-ready outputs for high-quality manufacturing.
Your meticulous attention to detail and technical proficiency in CAD software support the efficient management and continuous growth of our collection database, reinforcing our commitment to quality and innovation in jewellery design.
Expected Results :
● Consistently produce high-quality, production-ready CAD models that adhere strictly
to master files and spec sheets, ensuring minimal errors.
● Timely and accurately save and organize all CAD files in the collection database,
contributing to a streamlined and accessible workflow.
● Maintain consistent quality and efficiency in CAD outputs, effectively supporting the
manufacturing process and overall operational objectives.
Responsibilities :
● Create CAD models for collection orders, ensuring all designs strictly conform to
master files, spec sheets, and technical tolerances.
● Save and systematically organize completed CAD files in the designated database,
ensuring easy access and up-to-date production records.
● Work closely with the Collection CAD Team Lead and other team members to meet
deadlines and uphold high quality standards in all CAD outputs.
● Follow established processes and workflows rigorously, providing feedback and
suggestions for continuous process improvements.
● Collaborate with the Production Team and other relevant departments to ensure
designs meet manufacturing standards and support overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
● You have a good working knowledge of jewellery CAD software, specifically Matrix and
Rhino.
● You have 1+ year of experience working with jewellery brands or in a CAD environment.
● You hold a University Degree or equivalent in a relevant subject (e.g., 3D Design,
Jewellery Design, Product Design).
● You possess a basic understanding of jewellery-making techniques (e.g., stone setting,
casting, soldering).
● You are an excellent written and verbal communicator, able to work effectively within
a team.
● You have acute attention to detail and a commitment to producing error-free work.
● You are a proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is
devoted to continuous learning and improvement.
