We’re hiring our first Product Manager. Someone ready to take full ownership of Niva’s core product roadmap and drive the next phase of growth.
You’ll define our product vision, set strategy, and execute relentlessly, working side by side with our founders, engineers, and designers to make business onboarding seamless for the world’s leading fintechs and enterprises.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in unstructured environments, moves fast, and obsesses over crafting delightful user experiences for complex workflows.
Drive the product strategy and vision
Define our roadmap and prioritize high-impact features that drive value for our enterprise customers
Become the resident domain expert
Conduct interviews, shadow sales calls, and analyze complex customer workflows to uncover friction points in verifying businesses
Translate customer insights into product breakthroughs
Develop features that address pain points that customers did not believe could be solved, like how we reduce back-and-forth during the onboarding process with instantly validating complex legal documents.
Foster tight collaboration between product, engineering, and design
Create alignment on priorities and a shared product vision.
Measure and iterate
Define success metrics (e.g., verification completion rate, time-to-decision) and continuously optimize for impact.
3+ years of product management experience, including time at a high-growth startup.
Proven success building and scaling B2B enterprise products.
Strong product sense and the judgment to balance user needs with business goals.
Ability to make clear decisions amid ambiguity and ship fast in early-stage environments.
A 0→1 builder’s mindset — you’ve taken products from concept to launch and learned fast from real users.
