We’re looking for a generalist who’s ready to help us solve the biggest growth challenges at Niva, from expanding into new countries to building entirely new business functions from scratch. This is a high-ownership role designed for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves solving hard problems, and wants to grow into a leadership position at a fast-moving startup.

You’ll work directly with the CEO on some of the most critical growth initiatives at Niva. Your work will cut across operations, strategy, and execution - tackling unstructured problems that drive Niva’s next phase of scale.
You might:
Build and design a best-in-class B2B enterprise marketing function.
Lead country expansion, identifying and validating opportunities across new countries and regions. Brazil, Argentina, and Colombia are next on our list.
Stand up our post-sales and customer success function, defining what “world-class customer experience” looks like at Niva.
Dive into ambiguous problems, define structure where none exists, and drive initiatives from concept to completion.
3+ years of experience in high-growth startups, consulting, or strategy / ops roles.
Proven ability to move from 0 → 1 on new projects, with strong problem-solving and analytical instincts.
Comfort with ambiguity and the pace of an early-stage startup.
A builder’s mindset. You don’t wait for direction; you take ownership and make things happen.
A deep desire to grow into a leadership role in the next 1–2 years.
Bonus: experience in fintech, LatAm markets, or go-to-market functions (marketing, partnerships, customer success).
