Sr SDE - Backend (Node.js)

📋 Description

• Architect and build scalable, fault-tolerant backend services with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Own system design, API contracts, data models, and performance optimizations.
• Lead microservices and event-driven processing with Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Drive production excellence: observability, monitoring, and incident response with SRE/DevOps.
• Perform code reviews, mentor engineers, and uphold quality and security standards.
• Translate complex requirements with Product/Business into robust technical solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-6 years backend experience with Node.js and TypeScript in production.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, scalability, concurrency, and failures.
• Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL and MongoDB/DynamoDB.
• Hands-on with Kafka or RabbitMQ messaging systems.
• AWS, CI/CD, containers, and Kubernetes knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving with DS&A and design patterns.
