We're looking for:
A full-time product designer who is passionate about designing UI/UX flows that create amazing user experiences. You’ll be working closely with product, business, and engineering teams across multiple platforms such as desktop web and mobile iOS & Android. Your responsibilities will include: Work with product, business, and engineering to create cohesive and user-friendly designs across multiple platforms for web and mobileBuild design concepts into functional prototypesImprove existing designs and user experiences on our productsMaintain current industry knowledge of design concepts, techniques, and applications You have: Fluency in EnglishAble to have flexible working hours to collaborate with our NY office4+ years of product design experience and an available online portfolio (include any passwords)BA degree or equivalent experience in product design or related disciplineDemonstrated knowledge of layouts, typography, composition, color, visual design, responsive web design, and other design fundamentalsMust have B2B product design experience.A portfolio showcasing your best work, with a focus on delivering impactful user experiences and demonstrating your design process.Expertise with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite is a mustExperience in interaction design, motion design, and prototypingThe ability to solve complex design problems, creating simple and impactful solutionsA holistic, analytical decision-making process that incorporates user goals, business goals, technical constraints, and inputs such as data, user research, and intuitionExperience working in a fast-paced environment and/or a startupExcellent written and verbal communication skillsShown you are adept at handling and frequently re-prioritizing a high volume of tasks.
