What You'll Do

Manage a program utilizing a proprietary process for Program Management.

Manage supply and demand to ensure adequate resources are available and delivery commitments are met.

Act as the primary interface for the business partners and the initiative.

Manage timelines, status reports, statistics, and program expenditures.

What You Know

Proven track record in defining the program's governance and controls, and planning the program.

Demonstrated experience in identifying and mitigating risks that could negatively impact the program's outcome.

Hands-on experience in ensuring projects are completed on time to meet business goals.

Proficiency inTracking the use of funds, hours, and other resources, and allocating resources to projects.

Extensive experience in Proposing a budget for the program and ensuring projects stay within it.

Profound knowledge in ensuring projects are on track to meet their goals.

Satisfying stakeholders while staying within the project's boundaries.

Proficiency incommunicating clearly and persuasively with people above and below them in the organization, including project managers and higher-ups.

Experience inWell versed with tools like Jira, Confluence, and reporting Dashboard. Well-versed with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Reporting Dashboard.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related field

Compensation Band

$120-125k per year
