We are seeking a skilled Drupal Engineer with experience integrating Drupal CMS into a .NET environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Drupal development, customization, and module integration, combined with the ability to work within a .NET-based infrastructure. This role involves building, maintaining, and optimizing Drupal-based solutions while ensuring seamless integration with .NET applications and services.

As a Drupal Engineer you will be in charge of:

- Developing and maintaining Drupal-based web applications that seamlessly integrate with .NET environments, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including .NET developers, DevOps, and product managers to design, build, and implement solutions that leverage both Drupal and .NET technologies.

- Customize Drupal modules and themes to meet project requirements, ensuring compliance with coding standards and best practices.

- Integrate third-party services and APIs into Drupal and .NET applications to enable extended functionality and improve the user experience.

- Optimize and troubleshoot Drupal systems, ensuring high availability, performance, and security in a .NET infrastructure.

- Collaborate on system architecture and technical design, ensuring that Drupal components fit within a .NET ecosystem.

- Migrate content and data from legacy systems to Drupal, ensuring data integrity and performance.

- Maintain up-to-date documentation for code, processes, and integrations between Drupal and .NET systems.

- Stay informed of emerging Drupal and .NET technologies and make recommendations for future improvements.

- Work within Agile teams, participating in sprints, and contributing to continuous delivery pipelines.

To be successful at this role, we expect you to have the following experience and skills:

- You must reside in Chile or Colombia

- Advanced English skills

-3+ years of experience in Drupal development, including custom module and theme development.

- Strong proficiency in Drupal 8/9/10 and a solid understanding of Drupal architecture, hooks, APIs, and theming.

- Hands-on experience integrating Drupal CMS with .NET applications and services.

- Proficiency in PHP and understanding of .NET, including C# or VB.NET is highly desirable.

- Experience with Drupal modules like Views, Panels, and CTools, and knowledge of RESTful APIs.

- Familiarity with Drupal best practices, coding standards, and security practices.

- Experience with version control systems (Git) and continuous integration/continuous delivery pipelines.

- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design.

- Familiarity with SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server) and optimizing database interactions in a Drupal/.NET environment.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Desired skills:

- Experience with Docker or other containerization technologies in a .NET and Drupal ecosystem.

- Knowledge of headless Drupal and decoupled architectures.

- Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., Azure or AWS) and deploying Drupal solutions in cloud environments.

- Understanding of Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
