Build and maintain client relationships
Advise on scope increases, financial improvements, and processes
Manage QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, A2X, and Gusto
Create processes and schedules for all financial statement accounts, including accruals
Oversee month-end close and complex non-routine processes
Prepare financial reports and support tax filings; train/bookkeepers

Deadline-driven and reliable
Independent problem-solver with minimal oversight
Experience with eCommerce
6+ years in small business accounting (transactions, reconciliations, accruals, fixed assets, debt, statements)
Proficient with Google Sheets and accounting software; coaching/mentoring
