Build and maintain excellent client relationships
Manage high-level client opportunities including scope increases and advisement on financials
Oversee accounting automation tools like QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, and Gusto
Create processes for maintaining all financial statement accounts (full accrual)
Oversee month-end close and job cost reporting
Handle complex/non-routine processes: reconciling fixed assets, debt schedules, revenue recognition, and prepaids

🎯 Requirements

6+ years of small business accounting experience
Experience in real estate or construction industry
Proficiency with Google Sheets and accounting software
Ability to self-teach and adopt new technology
Coaching and mentoring experience
Strong client-facing, deadline-driven problem-solver

🎁 Benefits

Hourly $31.25-$36.06; annual $65k-$75k equivalent
Part-time with potential to grow to full-time
