🎯 Requirements

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent customer service and written/spoken communication.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of contact center software design and functionality.
- Nice to have: Telecom, Connectivity, Programming–Integrations, Software/Systems/Applications.
