🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in CS/Business Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years in technical or service roles in software, telecom, or customer service.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent customer service and written/spoken communication.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of contact center software design and functionality.
  • Nice to have: Telecom, Connectivity, Programming–Integrations, Software/Systems/Applications.
