As a Senior Specialist Software Engineer atNiCE, with 12+ years of experience, you will be a senior technical contributor responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable,highperformance,cloudnativeSaaS products for enterprise customers worldwide. You will collaborate withcrossfunctionalteams and bring deep expertise in backend systems, distributed architecture, andcloudfirsttechnologies to influence architectural direction and maintain technical excellence across the product.   

How will you make an impact?

• Endtoendsoftware ownership: Lead the full software lifecycle - design, development, testing, deployment ensuring quality and scalability.

• Microservices & distributed systems: Build and operatecloudnativesolutions on AWS (Lambda, EKS, ECR, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, Kinesis, MSK/Kafka).

• Architectural stewardship: Enforce architectural principles and best practices in distributed, multitenant environments. Apply advanced design patterns and architect complex, largescale systems to ensure scalability, maintainability, and resilience.

• Requirement translation: Contribute to product definition, feasibility analysis, andlongtermstrategic planning.

• Technical execution: Drive design and delivery of complex features with emphasis on deployment planning, impact analysis, risk assessment, and workflow execution strategies.

• Crossteamcommunication:Facilitateclear, structured communication across teams, ensuring alignment and smooth execution with global stakeholders.

• Backendexpertise: Applyproficiencyin .NET Framework 4.8, .NET Core 8, and .NET Standard 2.0 to deliver scalable enterprise solutions and reusablecrossplatformlibraries.

• GoLangdevelopment: Build andoptimizebackend services usingGoLang(v1.23+), applying modern language features for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

• API & services: Design and build RESTful APIs and backend services supporting high throughput and low latency.

• Continuous learning:Demonstratea quick learning mindset, readily adopting newtechnologiesand driving their successful implementation.

• Containerization: Develop andoptimizeworkloads using Docker/Kubernetes, focusing on performance, orchestration, and operational reliability.

• DevOps & monitoring: Build CI/CD pipelines with automation,leveragingPrometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch for observability and system health.

• Mentorship & knowledge sharing: Mentor engineers, lead code reviews, and foster technical growth.

• Quality assurance: Drive rigorous reviews, unit/integration test coverage, and automation for product quality.

• Issue resolution: Troubleshoot production issues, performance bottlenecks, and reliability challenges.

• Technical leadership:Demonstratestrong ownership, unblock team members, and drive technical decisions.

• AI integration: Harness AI capabilities and prompt engineering strategies to transform workflows into efficient, automated processes.

• Event streaming and messaging with Apache Kafka.

• Containerization with Docker/Kubernetes.

• CI/CD pipelines, DevOps automation, and monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch.

• Strong foundationin OOD, OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns.

• Secure coding practices aligned with enterprise standards.

• Optional:backend developmentwithGoLang(v1.23+).
