- Lead post-sales consulting and implementation
- Translate business requirements to technical design
- Ensure scalable and reliable solution design
- Provide technical documentation and support
- Enable partners through training and workshops
Have you got what it takes?
- 3+ years as Solutions Architect or similar
- Strong programming skills (Python, Node.js, etc.)
- Experience with CAI platforms
- Excellent customer-facing communication
