- Strong TCP/IP, SIP, and VoIP knowledge
- Experience with SIP endpoints, gateways, SS7, soft switches
- Knowledge of IP monitoring tools: SolarWinds, IP Monitor, BMC
- Windows Server environment and .NET/SQL basics
- Routing protocols: EIGRP, BGP, OSPF
- ITIL Foundation certification
