📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, Electrical Eng, or related field.
  • 5+ years professional experience; 1+ in digital channels or AI/bot apps.
  • Technical configuration and programming of AI and contact center tech.
  • CRM integrations, APIs, and ecosystem technologies.
  • Familiar with generative AI, NLU, automation in CX.
  • Analytical, team‑oriented, proactive with strong communication.
