  • 2+ years of professional experience; 1+ year in digital channels or AI apps preferred.
  • Proven expertise in AI configurations and contact center tech.
  • CRM integrations, APIs, and related ecosystem technologies.
  • Familiarity with generative AI models, NLU, and automation.
  • Analytical, team-oriented, proactive, with strong communication.
