Partner with Product, Design, and Eng to shape strategy and execution.
Design and build API-first, cloud-native services for web clients and partners.
Own projects end-to-end: architecture, tests, deployment, monitoring.
Develop scalable, distributed systems with focus on performance and security.
Contribute to the conversational AI platform, including messaging pipelines and data flows.
Write clean, tested, well-documented code with strong reviews and leadership.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
8+ years of professional software engineering experience building production systems.
Strong experience with RESTful APIs, relational databases, CI/CD, background jobs, and event-driven systems.
Proficiency in at least one modern programming language with OO or functional design.
Backend/Frontend depth: Laravel, Express, Serverless, Python, PHP, TypeScript; React.
Practical ML concepts and data-driven AI integration experience.
