So, what’s the role all about?
NiCE Public Safety & Justice is seeking a Manager of Professional Services and Solution Delivery to lead a team of engineers and architects responsible for delivering innovative cloud-based solutions to justice and public safety organizations across North America. Your leadership will ensure successful deployments, integrations, and optimizations of our Evidencentral platform, driving customer success and operational excellence.
How will you make an impact?
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Professional Services Engineers and Solution Architects.
- Foster collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and a culture of accountability.
- Develop and enforce process adherence, including documentation and verification.
- Escalate risks and roadblocks promptly to ensure project success.
- Oversee end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Manage design, execution, and verification work tailored to customer environments.
- Drive operational excellence through standardized templates and best practices.
- Support pre-sales activities by providing technical insights and solution guidance.
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring solutions exceed expectations and deliver measurable value.
- Provide post-implementation hand-over, training, and ongoing support.
- Communicate project progress and risks to executive stakeholders.
Have you got what it takes?
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years in Professional Services or technical consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud (Azure preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Elastic Search, SQL, and scripting/automation tools.
- Strong understanding of system and data workflows, including test and verification.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools – an advantage.
- Network, security, and compliance background – an advantage.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to obtain security clearances (CJIS); U.S. citizenship required.

- Experience within the public safety industry
- Experience with cloud and AI technologies
