Prepare and modify complex sales quotes for established high-end customers.
Collect, analyze, and report data from internal systems to support renewals.
Perform data analysis and reporting on existing or expiring contracts.
Engage closely with NICE customers to manage relationships and renewals on time.
Understand clients' objectives and link NICE products to their value.
Develop tactics to engage customers within a renewal timeline.

🎯 Requirements

BA or BS from accredited university in Business, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Accounting or CS
2 years of finance or operations experience
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with ERP systems and Salesforce.com
Experience leveraging multiple channels of communication (email, LinkedIn, phone)
Strong verbal and written communication; organized with multitasking
