We are seeking a

highly skilled and motivated Java Software Engineer

to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining

robust, scalable backend systems

. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver performant APIs and services that drive real impact for our customers. As a key contributor, you'll help shape system architecture, contribute to engineering best practices, and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions in a dynamic SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Design, implement, and maintain

    scalable backend services and RESTful APIs

    using Java and Spring Framework.

  • Collaborate with

    frontend, mobile, and DevOps teams

    to deliver seamless end-to-end product functionality.

  • Continuously optimize system performance, scalability, and fault tolerance.

  • Write

    clean, well-structured, and maintainable code

    , following engineering best practices.

  • Participate in and lead

    code reviews

    , offering constructive feedback to peers.

  • Identify opportunities for

    technical and process improvements

    and drive implementation.

  • Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform architecture and tooling choices.

Qualifications:  

  • Minimum of

    4+ years

    of professional experience as a backend or full-stack software engineer.

  • Proven expertise in

    Java

    , with a strong understanding of

    Spring Boot

    and building REST APIs.

  • Experience working in

    Agile

    and

    DevOps-driven

    development environments.

  • Strong command of

    SQL

    and relational databases such as

    MySQL

    or

    PostgreSQL

    .

  • Familiarity with

    caching technologies

    such as

    Redis

    for performance optimization.

  • Solid understanding of

    system design principles

    , service-oriented architecture, and backend scalability patterns.

  • Experience building or working with

    distributed systems

    is a strong plus.

  • Working knowledge of

    cloud platforms

    such as

    AWS, GCP, or Azure

    , and container technologies like

    Docker

    and

    Kubernetes

    is a plus.

  • Strong analytical, debugging, and

    problem-solving skills

    .

  • Excellent

    communication and collaboration

    abilities, with a team-first mindset.

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Computer Science, Mathematics

    , or a related field preferred.
