📋 Description

  • Manage onboarding/offboarding, HRIS updates, asset allocation, and inductions
  • Support HR programs, awareness campaigns, and training sessions
  • Maintain HRIS records (Oracle, HRStop) and ensure PF/ESI/insurance compliance
  • Coordinate with IT/Facilities for joins, exits, and lifecycle changes
  • Enhance employee experience via onboarding feedback and inclusive culture
  • Track probation, milestones, and support performance reviews

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of hands-on HR experience (GCC, MNC, or startup)
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance in scaling org
  • Proficiency in HRIS, MS Office Suite, and digital collaboration tools
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with HR analytics, process improvement, and project management is a plus
