- Maintain HRIS records (Oracle, HRStop) and ensure PF/ESI/insurance compliance
- Coordinate with IT/Facilities for joins, exits, and lifecycle changes
- Enhance employee experience via onboarding feedback and inclusive culture
- Track probation, milestones, and support performance reviews
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of hands-on HR experience (GCC, MNC, or startup)
- Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance in scaling org
- Proficiency in HRIS, MS Office Suite, and digital collaboration tools
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with HR analytics, process improvement, and project management is a plus
