Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our Enterprise Analytics team. This role is instrumental in developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards that provide critical insights across various departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, visualization, and stakeholder collaboration.

Essential Functions

  • Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to support departmental and enterprise-wide analytics needs.
  • Data Modeling: Create and optimize data models using DAX and Power Query (M) to ensure efficient and accurate reporting.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, ad deliver tailored analytics solutions.
  • Data Integration: Integrate data from various sources, including SQL databases and cloud-based systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor and enhance the performance of Power BI reports and dashboards, implementing best practices for scalability and usability.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and support to end-users, promoting data literacy and effective use of analytics tools.

    • Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Admin or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis and Power BI development.
  • Proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), and SQL.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data visualization best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Azure Data Services (e.g., Azure SQL, Synapse, Data Factory).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Netsuite, etc) and their data structures.
  • Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics.
  • Certification in Power BI or related data analysis tools
