General Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee daily healthcare facility operations.
• Provide strong leadership in people management and stakeholder relations.
• Oversee HIPAA compliance and patient privacy considerations.
• Ensure patient care and services meet or exceed standards.
• Supervise all facility staff (NPs, RNs, MAs, front desk, etc.).
• Drive financial sustainability and align operations with revenue goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare, fitness, or hospitality management, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals.
• Strong financial management skills and experience.
• Thorough knowledge of HR practices, including recruiting, timesheet auditing, benefits administration, coaching.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and industry standards.
