Your Impact

As an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner (NP) at Next Health, you will be an essential part of our clinical team, delivering advanced aesthetic and wellness treatments. You will conduct patient consultations, perform procedures, and oversee treatment plans while helping clients achieve their health and beauty goals in a professional, high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, including medical history reviews, facial assessments, and treatment planning

Perform and oversee non-surgical aesthetic procedures such as:

Neurotoxin injections (e.g., Botox)

Dermal fillers

PRP and exosome therapy

Microneedling and laser treatments

Hair restoration procedures

Develop and manage individualized treatment plans with a focus on both safety and optimal results

Educate patients on aesthetic options, expected outcomes, and pre-/post-care protocols

Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation in EMRs

Collaborate with the Medical Director and other providers to ensure continuity of care

Stay current on clinical guidelines, new aesthetic innovations, and emerging longevity treatments

Support client retention and satisfaction through follow-ups, education, and exceptional service

Qualifications

We are seeking an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner who brings:

An active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner state license.

National board certification as a Nurse Practitioner (AGNP, FNP, or similar)

Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in aesthetic medicine

Demonstrated proficiency in injectables (Botox and dermal fillers), PRP, and laser technologies

Strong clinical judgment, diagnostic skills, and an eye for natural aesthetic results

Familiarity with EMR systems and digital clinical tools

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Interest in or knowledge of longevity medicine and regenerative treatments is highly preferred

CANS certification or equivalent is a plus

Compensation

The expected compensation for this role is $60 -$65 per hour, plus benefits and performance-based incentives. Final compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and qualifications. Full benefits details will be shared upon extension of an offer.
