🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years of sales experience or 1+ year SDR management with coaching.
  • People management experience is highly desired.
  • Proven track record hitting goals and coaching to metrics.
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies across the team.
  • Proficient in Salesforce; experience coaching with Gong, Salesloft, Slack.
  • Strong cross-team collaboration to achieve company goals.

🎁 Benefits

  • Base salary: $80,000
  • OTC: $40,000
  • OTE: $120,000
