Identify, evaluate, and secure buildable EV charging sites.
Lead pre-development and land acquisition prioritization.
Coordinate with attorneys, civil engineers, and utilities for plans, permits, and approvals.
Guide sites through internal approvals and readiness for sale.
Engage landowners, developers, and other stakeholders to expand sites.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years CRE in site selection and contract negotiations
Familiarity with permitting procedures
Experience negotiating real estate contracts
Strong written/verbal communication, negotiation, and PM
Hybrid role with travel; remote candidates in the U.S. considered
Bachelor's degree in related field
