- Manage SBCs and calling platforms (Teams, Webex Calling, Zoom Phone, Cisco).
- Implement voice routing and interoperability between platforms and PSTN.
- Collaborate with global IT teams to standardize UC solutions.
- Monitor system performance, capacity, and availability for high uptime.
- Document UC infrastructure, policies, and procedures.
π― Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of UC engineering or administration experience.
- Hands-on with UC calling platforms (Teams Voice, CUCM, Webex Calling, Zoom).
- Hands-on with SBC deployments.
- Experience with Contact Center integrations/deployments is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud telephony, number management, and porting.
- IT certifications such as Microsoft 365 Collaboration, CCNP Collaboration, or SBC certs are a plus.
