  • Act as L3 escalation point for the Service Desk, resolving complex incidents.
  • Manage SBCs and calling platforms (Teams, Webex Calling, Zoom Phone, Cisco).
  • Implement voice routing and interoperability between platforms and PSTN.
  • Collaborate with global IT teams to standardize UC solutions.
  • Monitor system performance, capacity, and availability for high uptime.
  • Document UC infrastructure, policies, and procedures.

🎯 Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of UC engineering or administration experience.
  • Hands-on with UC calling platforms (Teams Voice, CUCM, Webex Calling, Zoom).
  • Hands-on with SBC deployments.
  • Experience with Contact Center integrations/deployments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud telephony, number management, and porting.
  • IT certifications such as Microsoft 365 Collaboration, CCNP Collaboration, or SBC certs are a plus.
