Treasury Analyst - Hybrid  position with New Era Technology offers you the following:

The Treasury Analyst - Hybrid supports the company’s treasury operations by managing daily cash activities, analyzing liquidity and cash flow, and assisting with banking relationships and financial risk management. This role plays a key part in ensuring optimal cash positioning, compliance with internal controls, and execution of treasury strategies that support the organization’s financial goals. The Treasury Analyst will report directly to the SVP of Treasury and collaborate across finance functions to support strategic and operational initiatives.

**This role is a hybrid position and the candidate will need to work for the office 2 days a week.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Monitor and manage daily cash positioning across global bank accounts

     

  • Support cash forecasting and liquidity analysis to ensure adequate funding for business operations

     

  • Assist in managing banking relationships, including account administration, bank fees, and service reviews

     

  • Execute and record intercompany funding transactions and bank transfers

     

  • Maintain accurate records of cash activity and reconcile bank accounts as needed

     

  • Support debt compliance, interest payments, and covenant reporting

     

  • Assist with foreign exchange exposure analysis and execution of hedging strategies, if applicable

     

  • Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, and other functions to ensure alignment on cash flow and treasury matters

     

  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and audit requirements related to treasury activities

     

  • Participate in treasury system enhancements and process improvement initiatives

     

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

     

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in treasury, corporate finance, or banking

     

  • Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity planning, and financial instruments

     

  • Knowledge of BAI codes and banking platforms (JPMC’s Access a plus).

     

  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with treasury management software tools (Kyriba) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, ConnectWise)

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

     

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

     

  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is a plus

     

 

EDUCATION

:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

     

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Regular use of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.
  • Regular, repetitive movements such as typing, mouse movements, and scrolling. Ability to hear and understand spoken communications, both in person and via remote communication tools (e.g., phone, video conferencing).
  • Ability to see and read computer screens and printed documents, as well as adjust focus. This includes prolonged periods of looking at a computer screen.

 

EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK

:

Business hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. However, required work hours may vary depending on business needs.

: Minimal travel 

 

 

Below is the pay range of this position for considered candidates based on qualifications and experience.

Pay Range

$65,000 - $70,000 USD
