SUMMARY: 

We are seeking a SAP Finance lead to join our cross-functional SAP S/4 implementation team within a global pharmaceutical organization. This role is ideal for an experienced SAP S/4 FICO expert who wants to be part of an end-to-end solution delivery for a greenfield Rise with SAP S/4 HANA environment.

This role will partner closely with client Finance team, and design, configure and validate the system and ready it for the end users.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

• Follow the SAP Activate methodology.
• Perform Fit-to-Standard workshops.
• Document configuration requirements
• Configure SAP S/4 HANA FICO modules
• Perform training to users of client
• Support GxP validation
• Support user acceptance training
• Support production deployment
• Resolve issues post-go-live

EXPERIENCE:

• Experience in the Pharma industry and GxP compliance
• Experience in configuring SAP S/4 FICO from scratch
• Experience with SAP Activate methodology
• Experience with leading FICO workshops in person

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven ability to independently plan and execute system configuration Rise with SAP S/4 HANA FICO.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills; able to confidently present to and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working in agile teams and collaborating with client finance team, developers, and SAP Basis.
• Soft Skills:
  • Available to have work calls 8AM-4PM EST to collaborate with off-shore team and US based client.
  • Able to work individually and lead offshore team
  • Fluent in English, well spoken and good communicator

TRAVEL:

Travel Mon-Thursday in September/October for workshops; January for UAT and February for Go-Live cutover.
