We are seeking a dynamic SAP FICO Consultant to join our growing team. This is a permanent remote position, ideal for a self-driven professional passionate about finance transformation through SAP. The selected candidate will play a critical role in delivering functional and technical support, driving process improvements, and enhancing the overall SAP FICO experience for our business users.

• Provide daily end-user support and issue resolution across SAP FICO modules.

• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve SAP-related functional and technical issues.

• Perform configuration, customization, and enhancements to meet evolving business needs.

• Collaborate with finance and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.

• Support integration with SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, and HR.

• Train end-users, create support documentation, and maintain accurate process materials.

• Ensure compliance with financial processes, corporate policies, and statutory standards.

• Conduct root cause analysis of recurring issues and propose permanent solutions.

• Support month-end/year-end closing activities and assist during audits.

• Act as a key liaison between finance, business, and IT functions for cross-functional initiatives.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.

• 5–8 years of hands-on experience with SAP FICO configuration and support.

• Strong functional expertise in:

  • General Ledger (GL)

  • Accounts Payable (AP)

  • Accounts Receivable (AR)

  • Asset Accounting (AA)

  • Cost Center and Profit Center Accounting

• Proven experience in SAP business process analysis, user support, and documentation.

• Good understanding of integration points with other SAP modules.

• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to guide business teams on best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• SAP FICO certification is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment.

• Flexible to support critical business needs outside regular hours, if required.
