SUMMARY:

  

 

We're seeking a talented consultant to join our growing AI Solutions practice and help clients unlock the transformative potential of Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered productivity tools. You'll work on cutting-edge implementations that reshape how organizations work, collaborating with diverse clients and solving unique challenges on every engagement.

 

This role offers the rare opportunity to become an expert in emerging technology while it's still taking shape. You'll receive extensive training, Microsoft certifications, and hands-on experience with the latest AI tools—positioning yourself at the forefront of the AI revolution in enterprise software.

 

HIERARCHY: Will report to in country Service Delivery Manager and AI Practice Leader

 

PRIMARY DUTIES:

 

 

Client Engagement & Strategy

 

  • Partner with clients to identify high-impact use cases where Copilot and AI can drive measurable business value

     

  • Conduct discovery workshops to assess business processes, pain points, and opportunities for AI-enabled optimization

     

  • Develop implementation roadmaps and change management strategies aligned with organizational goals

     

  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment across technical and business teams

     

Solution Design & Implementation

 

  • Design and build custom solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, including custom copilots, plugins, and integrations

     

  • Configure Copilot for Microsoft 365 to optimize adoption across departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, etc.)

     

  • Integrate Copilot solutions with existing systems using APIs, connectors, and the Power Platform

     

  • Develop and refine prompts, conversation flows, and AI behaviors for optimal user experiences

     

  • Ensure data governance, security, and compliance requirements are met in all implementations

     

Training & Enablement

 

  • Design and deliver training programs to drive user adoption and build internal capability

     

  • Create documentation, playbooks, and best practice guides

     

  • Coach client teams on prompt engineering, effective Copilot usage, and continuous optimization

     

  • Measure adoption metrics and iterate on training approaches

     

Technical Leadership

 

  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide expert resolution

     

  • Stay current with rapidly evolving Microsoft AI features and capabilities

     

  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and practice development

     

  • Mentor junior team members on emerging AI technologies

  • Strong experience with

    Microsoft Power Platform

    (Power Apps, Power Automate, or Power BI)

     

  • Working knowledge of

    Microsoft 365

    ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange)

     

  • Experience with

    API integrations

    , REST APIs, or Microsoft Graph API

     

  • Understanding of

    data integration

    concepts, data modeling, and data governance

     

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of

    Azure

    fundamentals

     

  • Familiarity with

    AI/ML concepts

  • Proven ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

     

  • Excellent communication skills—able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences

  • Experience facilitating workshops, leading meetings, and managing stakeholder expectations

     

  • Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously

     

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and rapidly changing technology landscapes

     

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related technical field

     

  • 3-7 years of professional experience in technology consulting, enterprise software implementation, or related field

     

  • Experience working directly with clients in a consulting or customer-facing technical role

    (any version) or

    Copilot Studio

     

  • Experience with

    Azure AI services

    , Azure OpenAI, or other AI platforms

     

  • Programming or scripting ability (PowerFX, TypeScript, Python, JavaScript, or C#)

     

  • Knowledge of

    security and compliance frameworks

    (SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA)

     

  • Experience with conversational AI, chatbot platforms, or virtual agents

     

  • Background in data analytics, business intelligence, or process automation

     

Certifications

 

  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900)

     

  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200)

     

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)

     

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102)

     

  • Any AI, machine learning, or emerging technology certifications

     

Industry Experience

 

  • Previous work in management consulting, systems integration, or enterprise software

     

  • Experience across multiple industries (Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, etc.)
