🎯 Requirements

  • 2-3 years’ experience as a Systems Engineer
  • Troubleshoot/Configure VMware, O365, backups, desktops, Windows
  • Proficient with Microsoft and Mac, virtual services
  • Plan and execute hardware/firmware upgrades including patching
  • 2+ years in a customer-facing role; MSP experience preferred; SaaS
  • Preferred: ITGlue, Intune, ConnectWise, Automate, N-Able
