Position Summary

This position works with project scope and implementation plans based upon Liquid Cooled Data Center Equipment requirements, as sold to the client.  This role creates project cost models to ensure the most effective Services pricing can be provided to the Account Managers.  This position manages technical and other related activities in support of system Installation and Deployment Services.

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Develops and manages project schedules, ensuring deployment of services align with delivery schedules.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, objectives, resources, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Ensures 3rd-party quotes are in line with internal and customer expectations.
  • Monitor and track project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks or issues.
  • Utilize project management tools to organize tasks, allocate resources, and maintain project documentation.
  • Oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of projects with internal and 3rd-party Service Delivery Partners from installation to commissioning.
  • Collaborates with internal personnel and 3rd-parties to ensure project expectations and scope are met and design intent is maintained.
  • Monitors onsite progress (remotely), identifies potential issues, and implements corrective measures as needed.
  • Manages project budgets, tracks expenses. and monitor internal and external
  • Hold regular meetings with Customers and various stakeholders to discuss the SOW and the Project Plan.
  • Prepare and present regular project status updates to key stakeholders and leadership, as necessary.
  • Evaluate project outcomes for effectiveness and efficiency, gather feedback, and implement improvements for future projects.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Good organizational, communication
  • Experience with project management software and/or related tools helpful.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Position Qualifications

  • Education from a two-year college/technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully execute the role.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator/Manager or similar administrative roles required, demonstrating successful completion of
  • PMI CAPM, PMP or other relevant certifications, helpful.

Physical Requirements/Abilities (If necessary)

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Light lifting, standing and limited physical activity.
  • Regular walking, typing, reading, and talking is required.
  • Up to 20% business travel, local and/or international may be required.

Below is the pay range of this position for considered candidates based on qualifications and experience.

Pay Range

$35 - $38 USD
