📋 Description

  • Maintain strong working knowledge of all processes and policies
  • Assist Operations Managers with the assignment of daily work responsibilities including allocating labor, leading shift start-up meetings and communicating with other departments
  • Quickly recognize, diagnose and solve workflow challenges for associates and partner with leadership to resolve issues as needed
  • Actively lead with safety, production, cost and quality at the forefront of all decision making
  • Be patient, have strong communication skills and the capability to give and receive effective feedback during training
  • Communicate cross-departmentally

🎯 Requirements

  • Education beyond high school and prior experience leading teams is a plus
  • Have a positive, can-do attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flex shifts, hours, nights and weekends as the business dictates
  • Strong written and verbal communication; bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • Intermediate computer skills (e.g., spreadsheet software) and ability to operate warehouse tools
  • Forward thinkers with the ability to articulate point of view and improve processes
