  • Experience launching paid marketing for new products or lines.
  • Strategic judgment: know trade-offs, tests, and when to kill.
  • Strategic and hands-on: comfortable with strategy and hands-on work.
  • Measurement rigor: MMM, incrementality testing, geo lift, DR measurement.
  • Creative taste: can discuss DR creative with copywriters and data scientists.
