- Coach on word tracks, objection handling, and enrollment effectiveness
- Use reporting and dashboards to identify trends and coaching opportunities
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
- 4+ years leading call center, inside sales, or enrollment teams
- Experience managing remote, high-volume, performance-driven teams
- Proven success coaching frontline teams to hit daily production and conversion goals
- Strong experience with outbound calling, activity management, and accountability
- Ability to coach word tracks, objection handling, and member conversations
- Healthcare/health plans experience in remote patient outreach is strongly preferred
