🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years outbound calling or enrollment support
• Experience in high-volume outbound environments
• Comfortable making 150 calls per day
• Follow tactical word tracks and approved messaging
• Familiarity with CRM, dialer, or outreach platforms is a plus
