  • Own hardware from conceptual design through high-volume production and on-orbit operation.
  • Develop design criteria, requirements, and drive system-level optimization.
  • Rapidly iterate designs and analyses to inform system trades and product direction.
  • Drive DFM to reduce parts and simplify fabrication and integration.
  • Establish an efficient lifecycle from supply chain to final integration for in-house production.
  • Perform environmental and performance testing to validate design criteria.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, aerospace, or STEM engineering.
  • Experience with CAD and FEA software.
  • 1+ years in mechanical/electromechanical design, analysis, testing, or manufacturing.
  • Graduating Spring or Summer 2026.
  • Master's degree in engineering (preferred).
  • NX CAD experience; GD&T knowledge; structural analysis (preferred).
