New Grad Occupational Therapist (OT), Per Diem, Home Health

📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Assess functional status, endurance, coordination, and ADL/IADL performance.
• Develop and revise OT plans to achieve outcomes.
• Evaluate home environments for hazards and independence barriers.
• Document observations and interventions using a tablet-based EMR.

🎯 Requirements

• Missouri OT license required.
• Prior home care experience preferred, not required.
• OT degree from accredited program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
