📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Perform thorough evaluations of functional status, including ADL/IADL.
• Assess cognitive, psychological, and motor aspects; develop plans.
• Evaluate home environments for hazards to independence.
• Identify equipment needs and environmental adaptations.
• Revise care plans and educate patients and families.

🎯 Requirements

• Missouri Occupational Therapist license required.
• Missouri OT program graduation; AMA/AOTA accreditation.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving skills.
• Solid EMR experience preferred.
• Travel locally to cases; we will train you.
