- 8+ years in the pharmaceutical industry; 5+ years in Rare Disease/Neurology preferred.
- BS/BA required; MBA preferred but not required.
- Product/indication launch experience in highly competitive markets.
- Strong leadership, planning/organization, analytics, and business acumen.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence without authority.
- Significant travel is required in this role.
