  • Meet or exceed sales goals in the assigned territory via integrated account plans.
  • Demonstrate SME on BBP-418 and clinical information to customers.
  • Engage customers in clinically relevant discussions using approved materials.
  • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and risks in the territory.
  • Lead territory business planning and execute key company initiatives.
  • Build relationships with KOLs, physicians, and hospital staff; collaborate cross-functionally.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 8+ years in the pharmaceutical industry; 5+ years in Rare Disease/Neurology preferred.
  • BS/BA required; MBA preferred but not required.
  • Product/indication launch experience in highly competitive markets.
  • Strong leadership, planning/organization, analytics, and business acumen.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence without authority.
  • Significant travel is required in this role.
