📋 Description

  • Meet or exceed sales goals with integrated account plans.
  • Demonstrate SME on scientific/clinical info for BBP-418.
  • Apply customer-centric approach using approved materials.
  • Analyze sales data to spot growth opportunities.
  • Lead territory business planning and key initiatives.
  • Adhere to guidelines; act with integrity and compliance.
  • Partner with MSLs, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB to ensure satisfaction.
  • Develop account plans; build relationships with KOLs and hospital staff.
  • Navigate EMR processes to position availability.
  • Anticipate challenges, adjust priorities, and develop solutions.
  • Maintain proficiency in selling, clinical and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with peers to achieve corporate objectives.
  • Plan and organize schedule for maximum efficiency.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity.
  • Complete tasks assigned by Sales Leadership.
  • Ensure activities follow regulations and pharma guidelines.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years pharma; 5+ years Rare Disease/Neurology preferred.
  • BS/BA required; MBA preferred but not required.
  • Launch experience for products/indications in competitive markets.
  • Strong leadership, planning, analytics, business acumen.
  • Prioritize and execute on plans effectively.
  • Proven leadership with accountability.
  • Influence without authority internally and externally.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient with remote tech to engage customers.
  • Adherence to BridgeBio’s high ethical standards.
  • Significant travel required.
