🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years pharma; 5+ years Rare Disease/Neurology preferred.
- BS/BA required; MBA preferred but not required.
- Launch experience for products/indications in competitive markets.
- Strong leadership, planning, analytics, business acumen.
- Prioritize and execute on plans effectively.
- Proven leadership with accountability.
- Influence without authority internally and externally.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient with remote tech to engage customers.
- Adherence to BridgeBio’s high ethical standards.
- Significant travel required.
