🎯 Requirements

MD or DO degree
Neurology residency completed
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
Eligible for Colorado medical licensure
Clinical interest in neuromuscular disorders
Fellowship in Neuromuscular/Neurophysiology Neurology
