Provide direct patient-facing care via group sessions
Deliver groups per Charlie Health curriculum and evidence-based practices
Join biweekly Group Supervision and weekly Treatment Team meetings
Collaborate with care team: therapists, care specialists, crisis managers, coaches
Facilitate groups in other modalities (creative arts, contemplative practice, etc.)
Communicate clearly with clients and care teams, including families

🎯 Requirements

License eligible MA degree in mental health field required
Must provide at least 12 direct patient-facing hours
Availability late afternoons/evenings on weekdays (3-8pm MT Mon-Thu; 9-3pm MT Sat)
Experience with a wide range of ages (children to adults)
Experience in neurodivergent affirming group treatment; LGBTQIA+ affirming is preferred
1099 contract role
