Monitor and maintain corporate IT network infrastructure (switches, APs, firewalls, VPN)
Respond to alerts and performance issues; triage L1–L3
Configure, deploy, and maintain network hardware and systems
Manage patching, firmware updates, maintenance windows
Maintain network docs, diagrams, inventories, and change records
Provide tech support via Teams, email, tickets, and in-person

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate degree or higher in IT, Networking, Cybersecurity preferred
Strong TCP/IP, VLANs, routing basics, DHCP, DNS, WLAN
Troubleshoot Layer 1–3 network issues
Familiar with Cisco, Juniper, UniFi; SSH/CLI usage
Must be eligible to work in the United States
