🎯 Requirements

  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs.
  • Experience troubleshooting Windows, macOS, and Chrome OS.
  • Knowledge of VPN technologies and remote access tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and willingness to learn.
  • VoIP concepts; cloud telephony (Vonage/Avaya/Genesys/Yeastar).
  • CCNA, CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification.
