  • Provide first and second-line support for network and telephony systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve tickets related to connectivity, VPN access, and voice quality.
  • Assist with configuration and deployment of network hardware (switches, access points).
  • Manage telephony adjustments such as user accounts and extensions.
  • Perform routine maintenance and monitoring of Meraki devices.
  • Create and update technical documentation and user guides.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).
  • Experience troubleshooting Windows, Mac OS, and Chrome OS.
  • Knowledge of VPN technologies and remote access tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Solid understanding of VoIP concepts and cloud telephony platforms such as Vonage, Avaya, Genesys, or Yeastar.
  • CCNA, CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification.
