Support Cloudflare products: Magic Transit, Argo, DDoS, WAF, Spectrum, and more.
Advise customers on mitigations and coordinate with Engineering and Operations.
Communicate with customers via chat, email, and phone.

🎯 Requirements

Fluent English speaker
3+ years in technical support
Self-driven, quick to learn new technologies
OSI model and TCP/UDP knowledge
Networking fundamentals: iptables, looking glass; BGP, GRE
CLI tools: curl, dig, traceroute, openssl, git; DNS/TLS/HTTP
